Politique d’expédition

Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on every order within the United States. There is no minimum order value and no additional fee at checkout.

1) Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed from the next business day.

2) Delivery time

Delivery takes 6 to 10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location within the United States. In total, most orders arrive within 7 to 12 business days.

3) Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also follow your parcel on our order tracking page. Tracking information can take 24 to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

4) Addresses

Please check your shipping address before you order. Once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot redirect it. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment.

5) Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, email contact@rossacasa.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or refund you.
